We moved to Victoria in 2017 and were referred to Greg by a friend. We were only vaguely familiar with the city and Greg did a great job of ensuring that we understood the nature of various areas of the city. We settled on Oak Bay, Uplands or 10 Mile Point and Greg provided a variety of listings for us to look at. Greg immediately understood what we were looking for in terms of lot size, type of house and local amenities so we didn’t waste any time on properties that didn’t suit our requirements. In terms of negotiating the deal, Greg showed a deft touch in dealing with the sellers and we negotiated an outcome that worked for both sides.

Besides his obvious skills as an agent, Greg is a fantastic person and it’s a pleasure to spend time with him. I would recommend Greg to anyone looking for a very professional real estate agent. Just don’t go for a road bike ride with him; he’s too FAST!
