Being a first time buyer and new to Canada real estate market, it was not an easy decision to buy a home. Sajan spent his time in understanding our concerns and requirements clearly, supported by proper reasoning. He was always available to answer our questions and hear our concerns patiently.
When we were viewing the properties, Sajan placed himself in the customer shoes and provided an honest feedback about the property. This enhanced our confidence of being in right hands.

Sajan educates his clients, he explains the granular details that we need to closely look at while assessing the property w.r.t structure, quality of construction & material and any additional costs that might need to incur on renovation for the buyer to make a sound and meaningful decision.
To accomplish a deal, we also needed a strong negotiator who can advocate on our behalf in getting the deal closed. Sajan articulated and negotiated with the seller agent for hours together in getting this deal cracked.

I have very bad experience with Sajan. He is helpless with the house that he rented to me. I pay high rent but the house had many problems in the basement (esp with main drainage). Heavy dust and toxic smell in the house. I regret big time renting this house with Sajan. Sajan did not care his customer and he cared and loved the rent money. Very hard to contact Sajan during the issues and he basically asked us to contact the landlord. Landlord blocked our phone number which is unacceptable and an-excusable. Don’t go for rent especially where it says “renovations”.

Sajan made buying my home a breeze. His recommendations helped ensure we choose the right home. With his constant communication and honest opinions I always felt Sajan was looking out for my best interests. He listens to your requirements, adapts to the situation, and follows through.
