Harp helped us buy a house and he is definitely the best and most genuine person. He understood what we are looking for and showed us houses according to our needs. Also never forced his opinion on us unless asked for and was not at all pushy. Harp was always helpful and we would call him anytime and he would answer right away! Cherry on the top is he bought me candles(which I am obsessed with – I am a candle hoarder).

Over the previous two years, i have had two residences, bought and sold through Mr. Harp Attwal. First time he sold a townhome for us, he helped us price it in such a way that it was fair for us as well as for a potential buyer. As a result of that, our townhome sold in less than 7 days. But because of that quick sale, we had to find a condo ( we meant to down size!) In a record time !
Harp came to our rescue, once again ! Within a short period of time he lined up 5 condo units for us, all within the area where we wanted to settle down..
He arranged that we only had to see one Condo a day, and no more than 3 each week, so we can think about each sale and absorb the pros and cons, and he helped us make educated decisions.
Finally we concluded our search and then again, Harp wasewas so helpful and helped find us a mover at an affordable price.
Later, we wanted to buy a rental condo in Abbotsford BC, Harp came to our rescue once again.
All in all, this young man, is by far the best real estate agent that I have ever come across. I am a senior citizen, and must have bought and sold at least 10 times prior to meeting Harp. If I ever sell or buy again, I will do so through Harp Attwal.
