The reviews speak for themselves. These are very unethical agents (Salman Rehan and Ijaz), who are very crafty with their scam. They buy multiple homes, make multiple changes to the title (at least 3), and then, just days prior to closing they ask for an abatement. They initially did not disclose they were the buying agent. So, no only do they try to get commission as the buying agent, they also try to get a reduction in the price of the house, its a quick scam to get a lot of money in a short period of time. Their lawyer, Keran Sangha, is also in on the scam and supports them. Beware! They did this to 4 sellers within a 2 week closing period. I’m shocked that the broker continues to support this type of behaviour.

Ijaz and Salman Rehan bought my house in king city in March with a closing date of June 30/22, a week before the closing they contacted my agent and said they wanted $100,000. Off the price or they would not close. They did this to 3 other houses in king city as well.. that I know of so far. I had to close another house I’d bought so I was up against a wall, these people are immoral, dishonest, people. Do not use this agency . I’m going to take legal action . STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST AGENCY – OWNED AND RUN BY TERRIBLE LIARS AND THIEVES, the real estate board has already been informed. I lost a lot of money because of them, also they closed 12 days late which cost me a lot of late fee penalties . I look forward to seeing them in court. Stay tuned.
