We really enjoyed working with Lorne. Our house had been listed with another agent, from another company, for four months and our had not sold. Since we had already moved (out of the country) we were in a bit of a panic. Friends recommended Lorne who had just sold their home in under a week (their home had also been listed with a different company originally and sat on the market for some time). Lorne sold our home in one week. He is wonderful to work. He is responsive, easy to communicate with and he is an excellent negotiator. He attended every viewing and engaged with the buyers in a very positive way. He priced our home accurately so there was a lot of interest. I wish we had listed with Lorne from the beginning- I’d be in my new home in our new area by now!
