Just picked up a property in the Niagara region with the help of Chris Hook that I’m going to be BRRRR’g. From initial scoping out of properties to post-closing, Chris provided such incredible service. He went over and above on several occasions – for eg, there were times I was out of province for work and he agreed to meet the BCIN designer preparing the drawings as part of the reno to keep the process moving.
