Jackson is hands down THE BEST realtor we’ve ever had. We’ve been in the business of selling 3 homes in the last year and we’ve dealt with many other realtors and we are so thankful to have found Jackson. He was very attentive to our needs, responds to emails, phone calls and texts immediately and we never waited more than 30 minutes in any circumstances for a response from Jackson. He is kind, hard working, dedicated, smart and knows what he is doing when it comes to real estate. Jackson was our go to from the start of the selling process, after we accepted our offer and was there at key transfer. We knew we could count on him. I am writing this review to share my buying experience with Jackson Young as our realtor. I sincerely feel that a five star review does not say enough about his personality, approach and professionalism. As a busy healthcare worker, I was concerned about finding the time to purchase my dream home. However, Jackson was a great resource and kept me up to date on trends and what to expect every step along the way. His vast knowledge in the field was apparent in our conversations and viewings. He knew what to look for, anticipate, ask, and most importantly, prepared me for next steps. He was very responsive and communicative.
