I have to say Colin and Jenn are the most proficient and efficient Real Estate Team one could expect. Extremely thorough, organized and have a full understanding of their clients desires for outcomes and work extremely hard to meet those goals. I have had the pleasure on a few occasions in the past few years to have Colin and Jenn assist me in either purchasing a home or selling a home and I have to say their service and dedication to strive for success has been second to none! My recent home sale by Colin/Jenn was a pleasant surprise that it sold in 3 weeks of listing, and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome and with the confidence from Colin and Jenn I was in total comfort and care of a worry less real estate transaction. It was a pleasure to have Jenn and Colin sell our house and help find our new home. They are very knowledgeable and responsive. Hi Jenn & Colin, the review is about 2017 in Uplands neighborhood, Located in Sullivan Station 152 nd. St and 64th Ave. Collin did the lowest assessment about my property lower 10K than the Surrey city assessment. I chose Ines Quiroga instead, she sold it in 3 days 15K over my desired asking price. I know your company use continuously the same marketing strategy, convincing the seller the house is less valuable, then you sale it in higher price, to populate you both are great but not higher price enough as it real value, as it was sold by Ines.
