Jennifer was recommended to us by a friend when my husband and I were recently trying to tread water through the ever growing real-estate market in Vancouver.

To say we would not have won the apartment we had our eye on would be an understatement! Jennifer not only helped us to put our best foot forward come offer day she communicated and guided us through the entire process eased our stress through bidding. After our offer was accepted she kept very close contact with us making sure all of our paperwork was in good standing and helped us move easily into the subject removal process.

She arranged a package of moving boxes for us, checked in regularly even if it was just to say hi and see how our moving process was going and, on the day of possession, she helped and worked hard to help us gain a bit of an earlier access to allow us to move some personal items in sooner than later.

I would work with Jennifer again in a heart beat! She made what could have been an incredibly stressful transaction and process a stress free and exciting experience for both my husband any myself! I actually can’t wait for our next real-estate to work with her again! 😀
