They not only did an amazing job selling our townhouse (in a day, above ask and in a downturning market) but then found us the PERFECT home. The process from start to finish was simple and stress free – something I didn’t get to enjoy in my previous 3 house sales/purchases. This is the first realtor that I would not only use again but I go out of my way to mention in conversation when showing our beautiful new home to friends and family. I am not usually a fan of Real Estate agents. I am now a fan of one, Jennifer Clancey. She sold my townhouse in 3 days a little above asking, She staged my place ( that is why it sold) then she hired a cleaning company to clean it just prior to moving out. Thank goodness, for I was so busy. Jennifer was honest, responded to my many questions and worked hard for her money. I will use her again if I need an agent and I would definitely recommend her to friends

We are so glad we called Jen! She helped us sell our townhouse with a super short timeline we had to work with. She was on it! From organizing measurements, staging and photos, to helping us get boxes she kept us in the loop every step of the way.
