We bought our first house in Canada recently and Jennifer played an immense role in the entire process. It was the first time I was selling a home. Friends and family who had sold their homes told me about how stressful the process is, but I had to sell my house at the peak times of the COVID-19 pandemic.
I reached out to friends to recommend an agent for me. Three friends who don’t really know each other all recommended Jennifer La.

Our first meeting was a virtual one, and I could not have been more impressed with Jennifer’s professionalism. From the questions she asked, giving me her complete attention, description of her approach to the selling process and options she presented, immediately made me believe I had found the right agent.

Jennifer came to see my house shortly after our first virtual meeting. I had on my to-do list, a long list of fixes and face-lifting to do on the house. She went through the list with me and helped prioritized based on what would be impactful and bring the most value to the sale of the house as I was looking to go to market in a short time.

I chose to stage the house, an option Jennifer had presented to me. The stager Jennifer sourced was just unbelievable! Professional and truly helpful. I could not recognize my own home after it was staged. Neighbors who came to see were stunned! Jennifer’s photographer was just as brilliant. To date I still have some of the pamphlets of my staged home with me.
My house was not on the market for long, although at the time there were several homes in the neighborhood with the same price point as mine.

I can only describe Jennifer as an agent with integrity. She is honest, extremely responsive, has great attitude, pays very close attention to detail, makes it a point to understand the changing housing market in the specific market she is working in. Best of all Jennifer puts her clients first, as she did for me.

Something else.. My mortgage broker, and my real estate lawyer loved her. In fact my lawyer said to me ‘Sam you really lucked out with Jennifer!’
Oh, and she helped me find my new, gorgeous home also. Stress-free and at a whole new level of pleasant buying experience!
