Just closed on our new home thanks to the legend himself, Joe Asensio. Joe brought not only his decades of real estate experience to our table, but his dedication, patience and honesty to a pair of first time home buyers who needed to be walked through the entire process in baby steps.
It took us 3.5 months to find our home, and Joe was always patient and never once pressured us. We were a pair of buyers with a specific vision, and without much wiggle room in our budget to be able to accommodate this vision, but Joe happily worked with what we gave him and gave even this picky buyer a home she’d love.
I personally had quite a few last minute requests I threw his way and no matter how soon it was he always did his best to accommodate us and if he couldn’t, he’d send a different member of his team to be able to assist us in his place. There wasn’t a single thing he held back on, not a stop wasn’t pulled out for us to be able to get into the dream home we love and it’s all thanks to Joe and his wonderful team. Craig Tozer is fantastic ! As first time home buyers, my partner and I were eager but also nervous to get into the market. Amazing! From the first day we met with Rick we instantly ‘clicked’ with his cheerful personality and positive attitude. He understood what we were looking for and we had full trust in him. We looked at houses with him for over a month and we were always able to reach him on his cell phone or get a reply to texts right away.He was extremely knowledgeable regarding real estate and everything relating to the purchase of our home.
