When I first met John, he explained in great detail that his job is more than just a sale, but more so a service. While working with John we created a trustworthy relationship. He listened to what we wanted in the sale of our home and went above and beyond. He provided us with his knowledge of the local market and trends. He was extremely responsive and answered any questions or concerns we had. John has a knack for understanding and de-escalating the stress and worry of selling a home in the fluctuating market. When selling our home, John took care of everything, from the cleaning, pictures, and staging. He really went the extra mile. John was able to negotiate with professionalism, and knew just what we had to do to get the deal done. With all that being said, I would recommend John to anyone looking to have an agent who wants nothing but the best for their clients. So Thank you John for giving us the best experience that we could have hoped for.

Two years ago John did a brilliant job of selling our home in Mississauga. I came home from work a few weeks ago to see a beautiful WELCOME door mat with our names on it. Incredibly thoughtful. Two years later and he’s still doing magical things. I would recommend him to anyone looking for not just a realtor, but an honest amazing trust worth person.

Overall our experience with John before the transactions went through was great. He was very helpful, responsive, and available to us whenever we needed anything. It was after our closing date that everything took a turn for the worse. In order to make a competitive offer, John convinced us that it would be more attractive to go in with no conditions. Despite knowing that this is pretty much a standard these days, we were still a bit hesitant considering the house we were about to buy was built in the 70s. To put our minds at ease, John told us that usually as a closing gift to his clients, he liked to get them a short-term home warranty (different from home insurance) as a safety net. Believing that we were covered in some way was a huge comfort to us, that if anything major broke or if we found out something was seriously wrong with the house, we would be financially able to handle it. So he told us to do a home inspection right after we moved in, which we did right away and sent him the paperwork. He then told us he would submit it to the insurance company and once it was ready, he would bring it over to our house. We checked in with him multiple times within the following weeks and every time he said it was sitting on his desk and that he just needed to drop it off. Now, keep in mind, our closing day passed weeks ago and we already thought it was a bit strange that he hadn’t once checked in on us to see how our move went and if we were happy with our new home. By this point, we had already sent him a long heartfelt thank you for all of his help finding our new home and we expressed how genuinely happy we were with his services. Anyways, to our complete disbelief, 2 months after closing he entirely stopped responding to our emails and calls, and we haven’t been able to get a hold of him since (we closed in July 2021). Luckily for us, the house is mostly in good shape, but we just feel really gutted about this whole situation. We’re a young couple with likely many more years of home buying and selling needs in the future, and so throughout this entire experience we were just so thrilled to have found someone so genuinely nice and caring. Now it feels like our stomach turns every time we get another one of his marketing newsletters in our mail or email. So I guess the moral of the story is, buyer beware.

John is very patient, caring and friendly!
He takes his time searching for homes to suit your needs and budget. He works around his clients schedule which is great when you have a busy work and family life. I never felt pressured from John when searching for homes. He was very honest about pricing, location and information about each home he showed. He truly wants the best for his clients.
I would highly recommend John to any family or friends looking to buy or sell a home. His customer service is like no other agent!
