Julia was a true gem to work with! I knew nothing about real estate and as a first time home buyer she clearly walked me through every step. She was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. When it came to making an offer, she was right there with me the whole way – and I got the first place I made an offer on! To put the cherry on top, when I had the townhome inspected, she negotiated several thousand $$ off the accepted offer price! She is THE BEST!

As a first-time home buyer we don’t know anything about how to search , choose , check and match what we wanted , but thankfully we found Julia, our guardian angel , who is incredibly patient , kind and most importantly she knows what we needed!
