I have experienced with multiple real estate agents over multiple transactions both commercial and residential. Once you start sale/purchase process, you are kind of stuck with your agent and you have to deal with them until the end whether you like their work or not, so it is extremely important to find the right agent for yourself and let them do their job.
Over my past experience, I’ve had all kinds of agents, good ones and not so good ones. I must say that Kane Ryan was the best one amongst all. He knows the market situation very well, communicates promptly, pays attention to detail, simply “ he knows what he is doing “ There are so many agents out there, but it is not easy to find the great ones who actually know what they are doing. Especially, when you deal with commercial transactions, you will realize how important it is to have a knowledgeable and well experienced agent as there are so many more complicated steps and situations for commercial than residential. Kane Ryan is that kind of agent, and I highly recommend him to anybody without a second thought.
