I also could definitively tell she is honest, transparent and very professional. Kate and her team prepared our home with everything that includes handyman service, landscaping, cleaning, staging, photographing , videotaping and the advertising production. Everyone in the team was a goal oriented hard working professional who was very courteous and punctual as well. There were lots of effective professional suggestions from the team for presenting our house better. Kate would get 7 stars in my measure if it was available. Selling a house ranges from challenging to highly stressful. You want someone who is extremely professional, highly organized and efficient and does not drop the ball. Then there is Kate, who goes above and beyond that expectation and raises the game.
