As first time homebuyers, they made a very stressful process easier, especially in this crazy 2022 market! Andrew was our main agent (and our fortitude quite frankly–bless him!). He is truly one of the most genuinely friendly, flexible, and gracious humans I have ever encountered. He was a joy to work with from start to finish. Over 3 months and 75+ houses, Andrew patiently supported all of our urgent whims (last minute listings we wanted to view) and helped us navigate any unknowns. We were travelling back and forth between Hamilton and Toronto for viewings and would often visit 8-10+ properties per viewing date.
