I’d say whether you need a realtor as a first time home buyer like I was, or are looking to get back in the market, Kevin’s your guy. Working with him was a great balance of being able to research for homes I was interested in, but also him sending over suggestions to me. Whenever I wasn’t sure about something, whether it had to do with a home or the process of home buying in general, Kevin was able to provide his knowledge and opinions which made everything so much less daunting. You also never have to worry about a lack of communication as Kevin was always super responsive in such a timely manner.
