Kristen made buying a house in Squamish fun and easy! Being new to the area, she gave us details of the different neighbourhoods, and showed us a wide range of properties – which wasn’t easy because of Covid. Very quickly she figured out what we liked, so it didn’t take long to find a property we absolutely loved! Her knowledge of the area is brilliant, her experience is impeccable, as she asked the selling agent all the questions we would want answered but never remembered in the buzz of viewing a house, and she was always available for any questions we had as we navigated all the admin that goes along with buying a house. Since we’ve moved to town, Kristen has also made us feel very welcome. We’re so glad we found Kristen, she is definitely the realtor you want!

Moving from Winnipeg to Squamish during COVID should have been harder than it was! Kristen was more than an agent. She became a friend in the process and provided help in a way that friends help each other. Never out of touch and always ready to give us sound advice when emotions were running high.
