He was super responsive, professional and honest about which buildings are good within GTA. He was attentive to my needs, my criteria and always there to drive me around to showings even if they are on the other side of town. The thing about Fan is he goes the extra miles to give me all the information i need as a tenant and looks out for my rights and interests which i appreciated alot:) He wasnt trying to just get me into any unit just to close the deal but genuinely want a unit that suits my needs and budget. During the month of septemeber he made sure to try to negotiate with other realtors and fight for our offer. I’ve never had a realtor so attentive and actually listens to what i want. He’s demonstrated superb knowledge of the rental market and made sure i know what i need to know as a tenant. He walked us through every step of the way even if it was late at night to submit and offer. I cant stress enough what great customer experience I had with Fan, and so grateful to have him as my realtor making sure I make the best decision for my next rental lease. He’s kind, patient and knowledgeable, goes the extra mile when it was out of his job description.
