Agent asked/required an obscene amount of financial information, no potential tenant in their right mind would share this information. The ludicrous expectations of an “acceptable” tenant, (I have a credit score of 823 granted) are apparently some sort of fantasy land. Strongly suggest using any other agency for anyone who is not of asian descent. Got the feeling it was not anything other than my background which was denied.

Jessica was extremely helpful in finding a new home for me after relocating to Toronto. She was very accommodating with regards to arranging apartment viewings as well as everything else. There was very little I had to do aside from providing my information because Jessica took care of the rest. Very much recommended.
