Sold Property with Sam Hodson, They advertised well. I had the worst experience I could Imagine with communication. He wouldn’t answer his phone and only gave vague texts. Sam wouldn’t directly answer my questions. I gave him an opportunity to address my concerns only to be told by him how great he is. Only reason for not giving 1 star is the quality of advertising. Could use training in customer service

Great place for off grid homes/ cabins.Knowledgeble staff/ realtors will quickly answer all inquiries. Highly recommend
