I went to their open house today. Upon arrival, a lady met me in the lobby. She asked me if I have made an appointment, and if I have a realtor. I am not interested in so many questions. I own a place but I need to upgrade. I was there for an open house. If they don’t want to show people their properties, then they should not arrange any open houses. How about getting people to show their income and money in the bank before any showing?

Unreasonable and unprofessional and mean
The worst possible realty, and are not taking ownership of their fault and are refusing to protect their client!! They are threatening the client in relation to house sale!! They are asking clients to sign documents that are untrue
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Beware of their malpractice, for all you know they are not taking liability because they want to launder the money and put their client on hook for it- they are so unreliable and have refused to take responsibility of their own fault!They are treating their client very badly and are rude and mean and constantly badgering ther client when they should take responsibility for their actions

Tracy dosen’t have good communication skills when it comes to keeping clients informed. Dosen’t respect clients wishes. Begged us to sell our home of 42 years, then we never heard from her for months while we wasted our summer with her sign in our front yard. Tracy I wish we had slammed the door on you one more time. I definitely would not recomend her. Terrible agent!

It has been amazing working with Tracy Hu and her team, she truly made me feel that I mattered and walked me through the process of purchasing my first home here in new west. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy and or sell property.
