We interviewed a couple of the more prestigious firms before settling on Leo. Our product was a little unique and we felt Leo’s enthusiasm and approach was better suited to us. He was very enthusiastic and positive without getting our hopes out of line. In the end, we feel we achieved 100% of what we wanted out of our sale.

After seeing one of Leo’s “sold” signs in our neighbourhood, we decided to give him a call. We were immediately impressed with how approachable, professional, and knowledgeable he was. It took us a while to sell our townhome, but Leo was patient with a positive attitude; he had a “can do” and “never give up” mentality that we relied on. In the end, he sold our townhome for significantly more than the estimates of other realtors we had previously interviewed.

We continued to work with Leo for our purchase immediately after the sale in a tricky housing market where there were talks of rising interest rates. After several unsuccessful bids, we managed to upgrade to a house that was within our narrow criteria range in terms of the price and the location. We also purchased it under the asking price all thanks to Leo’s great negotiation skills to which we are very happy with.

Throughout the buying and selling process, there was never a time we felt pressured to do anything outside of our comfort zone. Whether you are a buyer or a seller, Leo got your back and he is simply the best at what he does and just amazing to work with.

We would definitely work with Leo again in the future and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy and/or sell their property!

Update. This last review was two years ago. Since then we used Leo again to buy a condo. This is the first time we’ve ever used a realtor twice! Pretty much tells you everything yo need to know…great guy, skilled negotiator, knowledgeable realtor. The complete package! Previous review follows…..He sold our condo first day on the MLS and guided us step by step through the process. He answered every question immediately and gave good advice about any questions we had. Would definitely use Leo again!
