Update. This last review was two years ago. Since then we used Leo again to buy a condo. This is the first time we’ve ever used a realtor twice! Pretty much tells you everything yo need to know…great guy, skilled negotiator, knowledgeable realtor. The complete package! Previous review follows…..He sold our condo first day on the MLS and guided us step by step through the process. He answered every question immediately and gave good advice about any questions we had. Would definitely use Leo again!

When I decided to sell my place, I started to speak with a few realtors and tried to find one to help sell my first home. Right after speaking with Leo, I was impressed with his work ethic right away and decided to have Leo help sell my first home.

Leo was always responsive, reliable, and with attention to detail. He did a fantastic job staging the home and sold it for a great price so that I could get my second dream home because of his hard work.

It was my first time selling and trying to buy a home simultaneously. The process caused me to be a little anxious. Leo was so patient and guided me through the possible ways we could do if I didn’t find the place to buy after the sale so that I could worry less.

In the end, I was able to sell my home at a price over what I was hoping to sell for, and I was also able to buy my second dream home, thanks to Leo with both my selling and buying transactions. Happy Client Here!!!

Leo is truly a gem. On top of being skilled at his trade, he was such a force of positivity during our home selling process. He was always available to provide his honest and professional advice whenever we reached out. He always kept us up to date, and we never felt rushed or pressured into making hasty decisions. All our questions and concerns were always addressed with lightning speed, and he proved time and time again that we were in really good hands.

We interviewed a couple of the more prestigious firms before settling on Leo. Our product was a little unique and we felt Leo’s enthusiasm and approach was better suited to us. He was very enthusiastic and positive without getting our hopes out of line. In the end, we feel we achieved 100% of what we wanted out of our sale.
