We were looking for an older character property, and he was very knowledgeable in terms of the red flags we should be looking for and also recommended a great historic home inspector. Lex gave us some great tips relevant to this crazy market, and ended up securing us a wonderful property! After finding some flaws following the inspection, Lex was able to negotiate down the purchase price to pay for the repairs. He was also able to sell our home in 5 days for exactly the $ we were looking for. He has great marketing skills and works with a very talented photographer/videographer who really made our house shine.

Lex didn’t have it easy…

With us trying to sell in a month to meet the deadline of our purchased home we were under pressure. The constant unpredictability of the market and the constant rise in interest rates gave us a hard time. Lex was there to meet with us, take our calls late at night, and to guide us through this process. Although we didn’t sell and had to go the refinancing route to finish off our deal Lex made the process to that point easy and was willing to help us find renters as well. He even spoke to his superiors to see if we could cut deals at the time because of the markets fluctuations.
