If you’re looking for a broker, I highly recommend working with Nicholas. He was extremely responsive, always available, and very flexible. He helped me and my partner find the perfect place for us in downtown Toronto (all the while I was living in another city)! Overall, Nicholas made this difficult process relatively smooth and provided us with the best suggestions and recommendations. Not to mention, he is extremely personable and trustworthy.
