My husband and I first met Kevin in the fall of 2014 when he assisted us during a house-hunting trip; a work transfer from Ontario. I immediately appreciated Kevin’s down to earth approach and his sincerity. He quickly assessed our wants and needs, and we ended up purchasing an amazing condo up on Burnaby Mountain. This was an area we were totally unfamiliar with at the time. Last year, Kevin and his team helped our son purchase his first home; they were wonderful to deal with. We are now retired and relocating back to Ontario. There was no hesitation in engaging Kevin to list our property. I highly recommend Kevin and his team when buying or selling your place. In 2017, Kevin helped us sell our townhouse for almost twice as much as we paid for it in 2009. So, when my husband and I were looking to buy a couple months ago, we contacted Kevin. Right away, he set up a meeting to see what we were looking to buy, square footage, and price point. He was helpful in providing us with listings of places that met our criteria in areas we were interested in. When Kevin was not available to go to the showings, Freddy was there to assist us. With their help and guidance, we were able to put an offer in on a condo we never thought we would be able to afford. Once the offer was placed and accepted, they set up the inspection for us with one of the best inspection companies in Vancouver and helped answer any questions we had along the way. After the inspection, they fought to reduce our asking price by $5,000 (which they were able to do) and have the closing date within 8 weeks of the accepted offer. Thanks to Kevin, Freddy, and their whole team, we will soon have the keys to our new condo.
