If you are going to do business with this group please understanding the following: First and foremost you must know your rights under the landlord tenancy act. Or they will exploit your lack of knowledge. For me, every year they’d tell me Id have to renew my lease for another year. I didn’t have to though. Later they broke the law without hesitation and had me and my family you move out for a “renoviction”. Also, make sure you take thorough pics of any damage prior to moving in and send them an email . They will try and say you caused them. Just know they will kick you out the moment they can get a higher paying tenant – which is usually an under the table one from abroad.

Highly recommend my property manager Gloria Tsau! She is extremely professional, responsive and easy to work with. I actually rented a unit from her many years ago and had a great experience. In 2020, when I needed a property manager for my rental unit, she was the first one that came to mind, and she did not disappoint. She has really strong negotiation skills and very detail-oriented. I would definitely recommend her to anybody who needs a property manager to take care of their unit, or looking for a place to say. Keep up with the good work Gloria!

I have recently moved to a unit managed by this company and Gloria, our agent, did an outstanding job delivering the rental unit in excellent conditions. Furthermore, she addressed any minor details and requests in a light-speed manner.

Highly recommend! Me and my wife just rent the place. Our property manager is Gloria Tsau. We’ve reviewed many apartments (around 7), and i can tell she is professional. She provided us with all information, gave email and printed copy. Did as much as she could to make our life easier (advised with tenancy insurance, did moving booking, helped to create account for utilities (building has special company which charges for heating, not BC Hydro), etc.) Always respond on calls and really fast on emails.
And of course she didnt try to trick us (as some of others managers).
