My wife had known Mo since they were in high school, when we moved from Calgary to the lower mainland and were looking for a home Mo was the only realtor she could trust based on knowing him as a person growing up. Our initial meeting was great, at that meeting we met Sonia and both of them went through step by step the process of buying a home in BC. The downside was that we happened to jump into the market when houses were going for over asking and with multiple bids. Mo and Sonia both reassured us that our dream house was waiting for us and it was possible. Leaving the housing market in Calgary and jumping into BC’s was intimidating, stressful, and upsetting. Sonia made sure we stayed optimistic and worry free. We went to many showings and open houses and Sonia was with us every step of the way. Fast forward and here we are, waiting for possession on our new home. Sonia was amazing in handling the offer and representing our needs, Jaspreet was great with the back end of things and Mo was always accessible for any questions concerns and of course helping every step of the way.
