I am Associate Broker of Sutton Group West Coast Realty in Gibsons on the Sunshine Coast. I work with Joni Selmes as a Team and I have been a realtor for over 30 years. Marion is by far one of the most passionate and knowledgeable real estate agents I have met and she loves what she does. She is so honest and sincere and cares about protecting her clients. We keep in touch with her to keep up with the Market in her area and always feel so good after chatting with her. I saw her live at our recent Company Christmas Party in Vancouver and saw her on our zoom meeting talking about new changes for Real Estate Contracts impacting Foreign Buyers and Buyers right of rescission. We have also watched her videos of Whistler and love them. The thing we have in common is communities are both “Resort Communities” so some policy and legal changes may be different for our areas compared to other areas in Greater Vancouver. We called Marion yesterday because she is so detailed and ahead of row new things and sure enough got all my answers and had a great chat. Marion not only helped us find the perfect place in Whistler for a property we use for vacation but also that would bring in good dollars as a rental. Marion continues to help us with ‘out-of-town’ owner situations as they arise. When we are ready to sell and buy again we will work with Marion. We recommend her to everyone.
