Matt sold my home within a week of listing it and got me over asking price. He outlined a strategy at the beginning and did thorough market research to help find the right listing price. He offers to have someone come through the home before showing it to give staging tips to help present it in the best way possible. Dealt with my tenants for inspections and showings for me and his personality really makes him easy to work with. At the end of the day he really cares about his clients and the job he does and it shows. He was always available and got back to me promptly with any question or concern I had. I definitely recommend Matt if you plan on buying or selling a home

We so appreciated Matt’s knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to finding the right house for us. Beyond that, though, we felt cared for and supported by Matt from our first meeting until possession day. He was incredibly patient with us as first time homebuyers with lots of questions and essentially no knowledge of the process. Matt did an excellent job helping us with the sale of our condo and purchase of our new home.
He managed to get a ton of eyes on our condo, and guided us very wisely on how to deal with the offers we did get. Near the thirty day mark i was getting antsy and asked if we should drop our price. He convinced me to hold off for another week instead of jumping at a quick sale, and because of that advice we managed to sell for probably $5000-10000 more then if he had let me drop the price.
After that offer was accepted he did a tremendous job of showing us homes we could afford, completely respecting our budget, and doing a fantastic job negotiating with the sellers. Because of his hard work, my Wife and I got a great deal on a beautiful home that checks all of our boxes to raise our baby boy in.

Home buying and selling is definitely a roller coaster journey, but Matt did an exceptional job maneuvering the markets on our behalf. I can honestly say that my wife and i would not have managed to get the home we did without Matt Janzen and his savvy expertise.
