Maude, MacKay & Co. Ltd.

My 2 bedroom furnished condo in Yaletown has been managed by Rod and Melissa for 15 years. They have found good tenants for me and have been very helpful in keeping me informed of furniture and appliances that needed replacement/removal over the years as well as plumbing and electrical repairs. I live in Calgary so it is very important to have a good management company in place. I would highly recommend Maude, MacKay & Co.

I have only been with Maude MacKay for 4-5 years, and I have been very happy with my choice. They manage a rental suite for me in Vancouver, a very difficult city for rentals. I did not want to handle it myself any longer. The entire staff has been very helpful. They find the tenant, collect rents, attend to repairs and it is all itemized in a monthly statement which makes it so much easier at tax time.
Then a couple of years ago I recommended Maude MacKay to a neighbour who wanted to rent their house. Done deal. They are still with the original tenant. I appreciate their work and attentiveness.
