Maude, MacKay & Co. have been our rental agency for well over 10 years. From the moment I met Rod MacKay I was immediately impressed with his professionalism. This company has gone well beyond what was expected of a rental agency. I have never had a single problem with them and their service rates a 10 out of 10. I have only been with Maude MacKay for 4-5 years, and I have been very happy with my choice. They manage a rental suite for me in Vancouver, a very difficult city for rentals. I did not want to handle it myself any longer. The entire staff has been very helpful. They find the tenant, collect rents, attend to repairs and it is all itemized in a monthly statement which makes it so much easier at tax time.
Then a couple of years ago I recommended Maude MacKay to a neighbour who wanted to rent their house. Done deal. They are still with the original tenant. I appreciate their work and attentiveness.
