Maureen helped us search our target area which had low inventory of homes. It took 18 months, and she supported us the whole time. If we were tempted by a house that didn’t quite meet our criteria, Maureen provided good objective advice to discuss the pros and cons and remind us of what we felt mattered. She stayed up until 2 am to draft an offer to ensure it was seen by the buyers first thing in the morning. She helped us set deadlines to quickly close our offer. Other buyers attempted to outbid us later but our deal had already closed and the dream home was ours!

Maureen further awed us when she sold our condo. She walked through with us and provided helpful clear advice on how to best present our apartment to increase appeal. We listed our place, had 23 showings over a weekend, and ended up receiving multiple offers. We closed for significantly over asking after only 5 days on the market. Maureen impressed me with the way she lined up and communicated with buyers in order to create buzz.
