We are very happy with the recent sale and purchase we completed with the help of Meryl in June-July, 2021. After interviewing and dealing with other realtors, we decided to go with her and we are so happy with our decision! She was amazing. She is kind, easygoing, professional, down-to-earth and has excellent attention to detail. Most importantly, she truly cares about her clients. She helped us prepare our home for the sale, beautifully staged it and was present for every showing. Our townhouse sold in less than a week and she got us great buyers! She also knows when/how to make a move and she got us the highest price a townhouse has sold in our complex.
