Michael was very easy to work with. He helped me with the sale of my condo and with the purchase of a Town Home. Michael provided a realistic and accurate view of the selling market at the time my condo was listed, he took the time to understand my ask for a price and explained clearly what was happening in terms of sales and prices in my area, he would often check in to advise me of any showings and their outcome, he made recommendations on what I needed to do to help sell the place fast and at the price I was looking for. When offers were made, Michael was very quick to professionally present the offer and discussed options clearly. When the offer was finally presented at the price that I was expecting, , Michael worked tirelessly to iron out all the details with the realtor for the purchaser and kept me advised every step of the way. Michael also helped us find the property we were looking for. Michael took the time to understand our requirements and our preferences in the type of town home we were looking for, and in a realistic approach provided options for the areas we were looking at. Michael continuously provided us with available town homes in the price range we were looking for, and provided advise as to suitability. When we finally found what we were looking for, Michael worked hard to get us the best deal possible and negotiated well on our behalf.
