I recently had the pleasure and good fortune of retaining Michelle to orchestrate the sale of our property. She had been highly recommended for reasons that were apparent from the outset of our interactions. First and perhaps foremost, she’s clearly a “seasoned” realtor with considerable knowledge of the South Surrey/White Rock markets–something which proved invaluable as we navigated the dynamics of the selling process. Strategically Michelle is very “tech savvy” and capitalizes on relevant analytical tools and data bases to inform and guide the various decisions which must typically be made within this process. Additionally, her effectiveness as a realtor is immeasurably enhanced by her abiding professionalism, admirable work ethic and commitment to maintaining a strong line of communication with her client.

Michelle was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. She made the buying and selling experience extremely comfortable for my wife and I. She was able to negotiate the price we wanted to pay, all while managing our expectations so we could feel comfortable during the whole experience. We just recently hired Michelle; again, to sell our home, and she did such an amazing job from the marketing to the negotiating and we got substantially more than we ever thought we could. We attribute this to the ability to market our home to all levels of buyers on the market and we were able to do so by using Michelle. She will continue to be my best recommendation for a realtor in the greater Vancouver area.
