I had a small problem with a condominium I bought in Metrotown and the MLA rep was very responsive and connected me with the right people in less than 12 hours from my initial email. No issues with their service and they were professional!

I would give zero if it allows me. This company did very bad customer services, not responding to customer’s request promptly. Sending duplicated email just asking you to buy extra lockers and parking. Bad communications. Seems always having just one person dealing with customer for all projects. I should have looking into this company earlier and see all the bad rating then I’m relieve I am not alone. Avoid this company if you see your developer use this company.

I started working with Brad during the tail end of 2020 and subsequently the rest of the marketing team as a contractor providing primarily B2C written content for the website.
