TJ is the man. We rocked a home sale in an extremely volatile market within my price range and within the neighbourhood I wanted. Everything was executed swiftly and professionally. As a fellow business owner, I fully respected the time he invested into the purchase and how high on the priority list I felt I was as a client. Within the Metro Vancouver Area, most realtors will just sell you anything to grease their pockets. Not TJ. He is a consummate professional and I would recommend him to anyone who wants a great experience when purchasing a home.

Not only did TJ work tirelessly for months on a complicated multi-owner/unit sale, but he did it with a smile. He is extraordinarily professional, diligent, and responsive – so much so that it was a no-brainer for us to engage him in the apartment purchase that followed.
TJ took the time to find out what we wanted, what we actually needed, and ensured that our viewings were stress free and time well-spent. He provided us with sound advice and options based on a comprehensive (and rational) understanding of the local real estate market. Always available and proactive, we could rely on him to respond quickly and find answers fast.
