I am sharing my experience regarding dream realty. In the beginning my experience was horrible they had an agent (MARK) that all he did is mislead me with all his words, I was leaving the country to school. He told me what I wanted to hear in the beginning however when it came down to take action he tried to rip me of for 90$ and his story kept changing. I filled a complaint then I was assigned to another agent N.J. She completely fixed and keep helping me and showing me amazing support to me and my ten anent during the covid-19 lock down, I have nothing but good things to say about her, because of her I managed to see the quality in dream realty and there work. Unfortunately N.J has moved on to bigger and better tings, and she passed me along to the man the legend himself Tal king. Tal has been nothing but a wonderful human being. He has treated me with the most respect and he is very professional. I am extremely happy with Tals work. He is on point with whatever help I need from questions to anything I ask he always reply’s back immediately even with the time difference. In the long run I am supper happy with dream realty I have my realty manager and Tal is 100% on point and I would recommend him to others who are in need. Thank you very much Tal for all your work through the tough times and I wish you nothing but success & al the best to you and your team.

I stayed at the Olympic Village condo through this company for 5 months, but I had a very unfair experience, so I’m leaving a review to warn others not to go through the same thing. They returned my deposit without even telling me and deducted a cleaning fee of $300, claiming that they had to clean the sofa because it was too dirty and didn’t return a portion of my deposit. Actually, when we first entered, the sofa had many stains and smelled bad, so we covered it with a sheet and used it like that for 5 months. Since we experienced delays in their response every time we requested something we needed, we didn’t even bother to tell them about the sofa problem and just covered it with a sheet. However, towards the end, they charged us $300 for cleaning, and when we complained, they said it was our fault for not telling them within 24 hours of moving in. It’s so unfair because they are basically asking us to pay for something we didn’t even use. We also had a hard time getting a proper response from them even when we tried to contact them. For those who are looking to find a home through this company, please go somewhere else. I really don’t recommend it. The only people who leave good reviews for this company are the ones who have entrusted their management to them, but unless that’s the case, I don’t recommend it.
