NAI Commercial

Our dealings were a long time ago with NAI Commercial Property Management. I created a review before but I don’t see it here. It was an absolutely terrible experience. We were shown a property that had amenities building. Upon receiving the keys for the property we noted that the fob for the amenities was missing. The property manager claimed there wasn’t one and the amenities was not part of the lease. I showed him the Strata paperwork which explains the tenant leasing the property has access to the amenities (not the owner ). I had also previously seen the property manager inside the amenities building so I knew they did have a fob/key.
Once we moved in and the winter came the heat wasn’t working. We contacted NAI commercial and explained the problem. They accused us of damaging the heaters, and also said we should have noted the deficiency upon moving in, not waited months. I pointed out that you don’t usually try the heaters in the summer. They responded angrily that we should not be demanding such things. Reluctantly they sent an electrician, and he determined the internal components in the housing were shorted out.
There were various other confrontations. The property manager was the most unprofessional person that I had ever dealt with. They clearly were getting paid by an offshore owner to maintain the property but were instead trying to hinder any out going costs in order to just pocket he management fees. I’m surprised this company has over 3 stars.

This company has utterly failed to represent us as clients, the lack of communication and little to no transparency led to a devastating loss on our part. When we approached the agent (Brandon Harding), he denied all claims despite us having strong evidence to prove what he did. I would not recommend unless you would like to be cheated and deceived.

I’m fortunate to work with a lot of talented Real Estate professionals in the industry, from multiple brokerages. NAI is certainly one of the top shops and have many specialized Agents to help with any real estate requirement. I would definitely recommend their Apartment Blocks Team for any disposition or acquisition, having worked alongside them on many occasions.

He presented an array of options within our desired area, price range and aesthetic. He was a tremendous support as we locked in the lease, and made the process very smooth.
