On the personal side, Nav was very easy to work with, he was always friendly and helpful and eager to provide any information we needed. He tracked down zoning information directly with the city, to ensure we had the full picture, before bidding on a property. He was prompt, responsive and always made sure to check if we understood the information he delivered to us.

During the bidding process, Nav prepared detailed proposals to the sellers and helped make a case for us and our offer. He included analysis of recent sales and current price trends to arrive at a reasonable offer and was our advocate through the whole process.

Overall, we are very pleased we picked Nav as our realtor and would highly recommend him. His work ethic, professionalism and market knowledge were big factors in us finding our ideal home.
