It was my first time purchasing a home and Nicol was informative and supportive every step along the way. Nicol recently sold my home and was amazing to deal with. Due to a stressful family situation the house had to be put up for sale. Nicol was professional, dealt with a co listing agent and was gracious to all involved. She was the lead realtor in the sale of our house and worked hard to get the best price possible, and dealt with the issues that arose during the subject removal, with
a closing date that was 14 days after subject removal. Which left me two weeks to buy a new home. Nicol worked for several weeks on finding me a new place in my chosen area. We found a place I really wanted and an offer was made with subjects. Nicol worked diligently to get the best price for my new home. She went back several times to renegotiate on some items that came up in the house inspection and had me in my new home within the 2 week time frame. She went over and beyond the call of duty. I have used Nicol in the past few years for 2 sales and 2 purchases and have always been happy with her exceptional knowledge and service. Unfortunately there has been a negative review posted by Ronnie Propp who had her brother co-list their home that was co-owned by her boyfriend and his mother. Nicol represented his mother whom Ronnie has a negative relationship with…. This review is not warranted and her boyfriend and his mother had contracted Nicol in the past and have always been very happy. Nicol was the person instrumental in the sale. These comments are not representative of the truth. Nicol is an amazing realtor.

Nicol is a fantastic realtor. She is very knowledgeable about the market and gave us great tips on how to present our property which resulted in a quick sale. All parties involved are happy. Bonus about Nicol is that she is fun to be around too
