Unfortunately there has been a negative review posted by Ronnie Propp who had her brother co-list their home that was co-owned by her boyfriend and his mother. Nicol represented his mother whom Ronnie has a negative relationship with…. This review is not warranted and her boyfriend and his mother had contracted Nicol in the past and have always been very happy. Nicol was the person instrumental in the sale. These comments are not representative of the truth. Nicol is an amazing realtor.

Nicol is a fantastic realtor. She is very knowledgeable about the market and gave us great tips on how to present our property which resulted in a quick sale. All parties involved are happy. Bonus about Nicol is that she is fun to be around too
