This was my first ever rental move !!
My first point of contact was Lupe who was in the administration. From the start Lupe took the time to explain in detail every aspect and showed me and my friend around . She was fantastic ! My application was approved within 48 hours after I submitted the information required. Brenda the Property Manager was nice too on my third meeting with the staff . On boarding day Chelsea was prompt with the paper work . All in all I had a great experience so far . The building is clean , safe and well maintained . Thank you to the management . Special shout out for Lupe !! You are an example for memorable customer service .

Just ended 4.5 happy years here! Great location in central New West close to many awesome restaurants and lots of good shopping options. But to me, at least, one of the biggest draws was the fact that it’s mere steps away from the Columbia Street skytrain station. It doesn’t get much more convenient than that when it comes to public transportation.

The building management was competent, kind and attentive. The only building I’ve ever lived at where the people in charge put on holiday mixers for the tenants. This was my first time living in a Realstar-managed building and I’ve got nothing but good things to say about them. Definitely set my standards for what a well-run building should be like.

Car was vandalized in their secure parking lot while I was asked to park in visitor parking due to construction in my reserved spot. Security is non-existent in the building, non-residents come and go as they please. Resultingly, the suspect committing vandalism in the building was not caught since there are no security cameras. While asking for accountability from building management, they got quite frustrated and rudely told me to deal with it myself. Considering the charge for having a secured parking stall, and the inability of the management to allocate a temporary (and safe) replacement stall seems rather unacceptable. If you have a vehicle, I would not recommend renting here.

The apartments are okay at best, very small sized appliances. Repairs however, are seldom completed correctly and the same consistent issues in the suite reappear many times. Location is great

Lupe from Novare office is an amazing person and she does everything in her hands to help renters. Great property to rent and very convenient to skytrain and Vancouver commuters.
