If I could give more stars, I would. Dylan made buying our first home effortless from start to close. She was extremely responsive with communication, kept us in the know throughout the process, and we could ask her anything. Everything you want in a realtor and more. Being a first time home buyer, there Is lots you don’t know, and Dylan was very accommodating and patient with us throughout the entire process.

And talk about above and beyond! She was available when we needed her, and very well connected. If we needed assistance or advice outside of the physical property buying (inspections, contractors, mortgage brokers) she had us covered.

If I had known that buying our first property would be such an effortless and pleasurable experience, we would have done it a LONG time ago!!
