In a word, disappointing. Three price drops, 4 months = not one offer. Longed for more communication from realtor BF. Had to use my own photo’s and pull the Strata docs for her. Maybe OK in a sellers market. Full commission realty here I come.
Edit: I have had 3 offers in 2 weeks using a full commission realtor. It’s night and day – don’t bother with 1%.
Edit #2: I now have an accepted offer in less than 20 days in a pandemic.
