I was very pleased with Toby. He is an excellent agent and very professional. I was especially happy with the pictures he had taken, as they showed off the unit to its at most potential. The description he used to describe the unit covered all the relevant points and was written like an English major. He priced the unit perfectly and we had Full price offer within two days. Once the offer had been accepted, he also helped, as I am an out-of-town seller, and he ran around doing most of the legwork for me. He interacted with the existing tenants, exchanged keys, and kept me well informed of everything that was happening. I felt very secure that the sale was goingthrough to closing, which it did today. I would recommend Toby wholeheartedly.

Toby was fantastic!! Cannot recommend him enough!! he found us our dream first home within our budget and all within 6 weeks!! He was always available when we needed to contact him and always got us in to see the places we wanted. Will definitely be using him again in the future.
