Mark and his entire team are truly incredible. From Rainbow to Caren to of course Mark himself, I don’t think I would trust anyone else with the buying and selling process I went through. Everything was so well organized and seamless by a truly professional and knowledgeable team.

First, Jeff staged the place and it was soooo good, I couldn’t recognize it! Then him and the team handled all the paperwork for the listing which was listed on multiple platforms, dealt with all the inquiries and offers, and called us when there were any interesting offers to consider or just for general updates.

Jeff knew which things were important to pay attention to in offers (eg red flags), and what to expect and advised us what to do at each stage of the selling process and always happy to answer our questions. His veteran instincts also helped keep us calm as the selling process took longer than normal thanks to the quarantine.
