Don’t trust Pacific Evergreen Realty, they have no credibility and their promises and words mean absolutely nothing.
As a new real estate company in 2017, they were trying hard to attract realtors to join them and promised to give realtors open house/ for sale signs for free, my realtor friend Michael introduced me to this company and stated everybody would get “free signs” when joining. NO any conditions or terms applied, and when Michael took me to the first meeting with the owner/ partner David Yang who said the same thing, witnessed by my friend who was in the meeting also; and other realtors in P.E.R. got their open house signs for free.
But after I quit this company and switched my license to a different firm, they charged me for all the signs and business cards on my Visa card without my consent. So this company committed fraud.
(I only gave my Visa card number to them specifically for the monthly desk fee only, they charge $233 every month, it’s not cheap compared to many real estate companies offering their agents no desk fee)
For only a thousand or even few hundred dollars, this company despite the agreement they had with their agents, took us for all the money they could.
So how would you as a client put in trust to such a greedy, immoral, real-estate company?
By my bad experience with Pacific Evergreen, over this small amount of money that they could have honoured their agreement but chose not to and steal $1000.56 from me, how could you trust them when you are purchasing multi million dollar houses with them?
For $1000.56 they don’t care about their name/reputation, despite having an agreement with their agents (also with other realtors) how could they not be greedy when handling the most important financial transaction in your life?
Protect your money and go somewhere else, there are so many good real estate companies and outstanding realtors in greater Vancouver, find the honest ones with high ethical and moral standards. Your house is your biggest investment in life, make sure you go to an ethical real estate firm that puts your best interest first.
Avoid doing business with this company, don’t take a chance with Pacific Evergreen.
