Pete was a fantastic guide through the first-time home buying experience. He took his time to show us around and explain how to spot problems in the condo units we were looking through, and never pressured us to get caught up in a bidding war or to stretch beyond our means. We ended up with a home we’re extremely happy with, and Pete still helps us out by recommending solid and reliable contractors. Pete is spectacular. We contacted him when buying our first investment property. Pete’s vast real estate knowledge and calm demeanor made what could have been a very stressful experience, enjoyable. He is extremely quick when replying to questions, always there to guide us through the process and gave great recommendations to complete small renovations once the sale was complete.
