Firstly, I will say that my experience with Phil could not have been any better. One could say he was sent from heaven to help me sell my condo.
My situation was a little more complicated since I was out of town and everything had to be done digital, but Phil went out of his way to make the process easy for me.
Also, as a first-time home seller, I really appreciated that Phil talked me through the entire process and his plan for how he would list, advertise and set up the open houses. He is incredibly patient.
Phil did everything he promised to do to sell my apartment and to get a great selling price for it. He is a master negotiator.
He is also extremely meticulous with the contract paperwork and again, very patient in walking me through the selling contract.
Phil also put me in contact with lawyers for the closing paperwork since, being out of town, it was difficult to find one myself.
Phil goes beyond for his clients, he drove a long distance to pickup the apartment keys from my parents (Vancouver to Maple Ridge) and was also able to help me move a cumbersome piece of fitness equipment. I didn’t even ask him to, he offered and arranged to have it moved for me.
