This was our first experience with a realtor and I really do not feel like we could have done any better than Simon. He had intimate knowledge of all the neighbourhoods in Squamish and we really felt like we were getting information another realtor would not be able to provide. As first time home buyers, Simon kept us relaxed and made sure we could enjoy the process as much as possible. We are extremely happy about the property we ended up purchasing and have Simon to thank for holding our hand through the entire process (and fielding our many, many, many questions!).
